Sarah Lynn Woodard has visited all seven continents, trekking through Thailand, sailing on rocky waters to the continent of Antarctica, volunteering at a sea turtle research station in Costa Rica and traveling freely through Iran dressed in the mandatory black chador. But her ultimate adventure is being a mother to her daughter, Adelynn, and since the publication of this book, a second daughter, Mataya, also adopted from China. Sarah currently voices radio and television commercials airing across the country and is the founder and president of Packages of Hope, Inc. a nonprofit organization helping children in orphanages around the world. She lives in Oklahoma with her husband, two daughters, two hamsters and three adorable dogs.
